Leasing Consultant

Description Ivy Plains at Brooks Apartments is looking for an energetic Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents find their next home while delivering an exceptional resident experience. Essential Functions: Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed Requirements Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock Spanish-speaking is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous leasing or property management experience required Weekend availability required Benefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
