In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and placing qualified candidates while delivering excellent service to both clients and employees. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in helping people find meaningful work. Responsibilities Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities Post job openings across multiple platforms and proactively source candidates Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit Match candidates with client job openings based on skills, availability, and work history Maintain regular communication with applicants, employees, and client contacts throughout the hiring process Coordinate interview scheduling, start dates, and onboarding paperwork Handle employee call-offs, attendance issues, and general customer service needs Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings Accurately update applicant and employee records in the company database/ATS Support branch operations with administrative tasks, follow-up calls, and client communication as needed Ensure a positive experience for candidates, employees, and customers while representing Source One Staffing professionally Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up consistently Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset Benefits Healthcare Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Illinois Secure Choice retirement plan Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr Valley Industrial Association of Illinois
