PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current medical surgical experience [required]

Nursys must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission – [required] [document]
Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]

AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS – [required]
