Family or Internal Medicine Physician

ArchWell Health is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient practice in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a true outpatient role focused on an adult/Medicare population 60+ - designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine with strong support and a predictable schedule. This is a rare opportunity to be part of the inaugural team for one of our new Jacksonville locations.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

• No weekends

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule

• Outpatient only - no hospital or skilled nursing facility responsibilities

• Minimal call, via phone only and rotates with entire Jacksonville market providers

• Dedicated admin time built into schedule

• $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance if needed

• Annual quality metrics-based bonus (not RVU-driven)

• We remove unnecessary work, so our physicians can focus on medicine

Practice Model

You will be supported by a dedicated care team, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than administrative burden:

• Medical assistants and center staff

• Care coordination support

• Average 10-14 patients per day upon ramp up

• Emphasis on relationship-based, physician-driven care

• Efficient, cloud-based EMR

• Modern, newly built centers with strong operational support

• Autonomy in customization of patient care, protected clinical judgment

Who We're Looking For

• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Comfortable caring for adult and Medicare-aged patients

• Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuity of care

• Physician must have an active, non-probationary Florida medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Florida medical licensure
