Location: Keene, NH
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Pay Rate: Starting at $88,000 per year
Pay Type: Salary
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Earning Potential: Monthly sales goal bonus of $300-$400, based on production
Signing Bonus: $1,000 per month for the first 6 months

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician in Keene, NH. This position starts at $88,000 per year and includes a $1,000-per-month signing bonus for the first six months of employment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform auto body and collision repair work on damaged vehicles.
• Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate body repair needs.
• Repair or replace damaged body components using appropriate collision repair techniques.
• Complete assigned repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Work collaboratively with the automotive and collision repair team.
• Maintain an organized work area and support an efficient shop workflow.
• Complete repairs with attention to quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of auto body or collision repair experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of automotive body repair techniques.
• Ability to assess vehicle damage and complete collision repairs.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• I-CAR certification is preferred.

• Starting at $88,000 per year.
• $1,000-per-month signing bonus for the first six months, for a total of $6,000.
