ICU Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in ICU to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The role involves supporting and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor patient care in the ICU setting according to physician orders and institutional protocols.
• Assess patient conditions, document findings, and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other staff to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, with previous Mission experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to handle complex clinical situations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Strong ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
