The Opportunity
You will play a critical role in delivering the flawless interior surfaces that define our high-end residential projects. This position offers the chance to showcase your craftsmanship on selective, premium builds where quality takes precedence over speed. You will work alongside a dedicated field operations team that values precision, execution, and pride in a job well done.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Hang, tape, mud, and finish drywall surfaces to achieve seamless, premium-grade textures.
- Apply high-quality paint, stains, and custom finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Adapt to diverse field tasks including light carpentry and general residential construction support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site to protect upscale residential properties.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure strict adherence to high quality standards.
- Troubleshoot surface imperfections and structural transitions to ensure a flawless final handover.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in drywall hanging, finishing, and painting.
- Proven proficiency in residential construction techniques, surface preparation, and wood staining.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying project-related construction tasks as needed on-site.
- Strong attention to detail with high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced skills in specialized texturing, level-5 finishing, and high-end custom trim painting.
- Multi-trade experience in residential remodeling, framing, or finish carpentry.
- Local residency within the Lake Ozark region with an established history of reliable site attendance.
