Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join an Internal Medicine/Medical-Surgical team in Peterborough, NH . This full-time, permanent position offers a consistent daytime schedule and the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.
• Supervise and support LPNs and Medical Assistants.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and safety standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Previous nursing experience required ( New graduates are not accepted )
• BLS (AHA) Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
