We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Coordinator to support the daily financial and administrative operations of our facility. This position plays an important role in ensuring payroll is processed accurately, invoices are managed properly, resident accounts are maintained, and financial records remain organized and compliant.

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Coordinator Responsibilities

• Processing and managing facility payroll accurately and on schedule
• Managing accounts payable including invoice processing, reconciliation, and vendor payments
• Managing accounts receivable including resident billing, collections, and account follow up
• Ensuring insurance billing and authorizations are accurate and maintained for resident services
• Verifying insurance coverage and communicating with payers regarding authorizations and coverage changes
• Monitoring resident accounts and communicating with residents, families, and responsible parties regarding balances
• Posting payments and maintaining accurate resident account ledgers
• Managing private pay accounts and following up on outstanding balances
• Tracking Medicaid pending residents and assisting with documentation requests when needed
• Maintaining resident trust accounts and processing deposits and withdrawals as required
• Participating in Triple Check meetings to ensure billing accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Reconciling census with billing to ensure accurate charges and payer sources
• Maintaining accurate financial, payroll, and resident billing records
• Assisting with employee onboarding documentation and maintaining employee files
• Communicating professionally with vendors, residents, families, and team members
• Assisting leadership with administrative and financial reporting as needed
• Ensuring confidentiality of employee, resident, and financial information
• Supporting the administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Coordinator Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or healthcare billing preferred
• Experience in long term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare business office operations preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Manager on Duty rotation
• Periodic after hours or weekend work as needed
