Overview The core mission of the Human Resources Business Partner is to champion: Team member culture, engagement, and relations; Manage the team member employment files; Talent acquisition - attracting and retaining the best; Streamline HR processes in the field and assist in training; Positively influence culture and team member experience and retention metrics; and Manage HR compliance risk and ensure regulation compliance. Responsibilities Cultivates and maintains healthy partner relationships with internal business partners. Collaborates with HR team and business leaders to analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Partners with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Manages the day-to-day administrative HR functions in the warehouse. Proactively recruits for open positions and maintains an active pool of qualified candidates to facilitate quick growth. Maintains ongoing relationships with employment agencies. Continuously improves onboarding processes to create a one-of-a-kind experience for our team members. Partners with our team members to make our culture come to life through employee engagement initiatives and programs. Qualifications 5 to 7 years of HR experience and/or bachelor's degree in a related field. Understanding of HR policies, procedures, best practices, and current regulations and advising on such autonomously. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous circumstances. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Highly organized with strong ability to multitask. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint. Experience with UKG is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish Desired Characteristics: Embody our culture of humility, excellence, and respect.
