Homebound Line Supervisor

: WE'RE HIRING AT THE MODERN MATURITY CENTER Homebound Line Supervisor - FT Monday - Friday (5:00 am - 1:00 pm)( FT position with excellent benefits package ) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates the correct delivery of food items to all Homebound clients, including special diets, weekend meals, and emergency meals.
• Oversees packing and correct division of meals by route.
• Enforces safe food handling practices for all workers on the homebound meal line.
• Monitors and records meal counts and temperatures of all food, and records on a log sheet daily.
• Ensures adequate backup of meals for weekend and holiday use.
• Ensures correct packing and distribution of alternate items for special diets.
• Determines, packs, and stocks items needed for the following day.
• Adheres to all health, sanitary, and safety regulations.
• Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have at least 1-3 years prior supervisory experience.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitors staff's actions, productivity, and safety on the Homebound meal line. Referring any problems and concerns to the Homebound Line Supervisor. COMPUTER SKILLS

• No Computer skills needed.

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES

• ServSafe Certification preferred but not required.
