To shape the future of franchisee engagement, the full-time salaried Product Manager, Franchisee Experience will define product strategy, modernize franchisee systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the franchisee portal while leveraging AI and data insights. Key responsibilities: Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for franchisee experience and platform capabilities Build a deep understanding of franchisee needs through engagement, research, and data analysis to inform product decisions Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve franchisee experiences and operational efficiency Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in product management within a software or technology-driven environment Proven track record of owning product outcomes and delivering measurable impact Experience with enterprise platforms, preferably Salesforce, and understanding of their capabilities Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business and technology teams Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Technology, or Engineering
