Fragrance Wholesale Project Manager

We are seeking a results driven Fragrance Wholesale Project Manager with experience managing mass retail accounts, particularly Target and Walmart. This role is the critical link between our brand and our most strategic retail partners. Owning everything from product setup and planogram execution to seasonal assortment planning and sell-through performance. The ideal candidate combines consumer facing instincts with operational discipline and a genuine passion for fragrance. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Retail Partnership Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Target and Walmart wholesale accounts across fragrance categories Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, replenishment teams, and category managers Navigate retailer specific vendor portals (e.g., Target's Partners Online, Walmart's Retail Link / Luminate). Project & Launch Management Own end-to-end project timelines for new product launches, seasonal launches, and resets Coordinate cross functionally with product development, supply chain, marketing, and creative teams to meet retailer deadlines Manage item set-up, content submissions (images, copy, attributes), and compliance requirements for each retailer Partner with demand planning to build accurate sell-in forecasts Analyze POS data, velocity reports, and inventory positions to proactively manage in-stock rates Identify risks and opportunities within the assortment; Track and report on key metrics: velocity, sell-through %, weeks of supply, return rates, and promotional ROI Planogram, Merchandising & In-Store Execution Collaborate with retail space planning teams on planogram development, line reviews, and shelf resets Manage endcap, shipper, and promotional display programs from concept through execution Qualifications Required 2+ years of wholesale account management or project management experience in CPG, beauty, or fragrance Direct experience managing Target and/or Walmart accounts — knowledge of their systems, processes, and vendor requirements is essential Proficiency with Retail Link, Luminate, or Target's vendor portals Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Featured Benefits Medical insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, 401(k), Paid maternity leave, Paid paternity leave, Disability insurance, Commuter benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Dossier Perfumes
