Sodexo Live! is seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Utility Workers / Dishwashers to support back-of-house operations within the American Express Centurion Lounge at Denver International Airport. As a valued member of our premium hospitality team, you will help maintain the exceptional cleanliness, sanitation, and operational excellence that define the Centurion Lounge experience. Although your work takes place behind the scenes, it is essential to delivering the elevated level of service that American Express Card Members expect. Your Impact: Supporting culinary and service teams with clean, sanitized dishware, cookware, glassware, and utensils. Maintaining organized, sanitary kitchen, storage, and service areas. Assisting with the overall cleanliness and operational readiness of the lounge. Upholding Sodexo Live! food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Contributing to an elevated guest experience by ensuring back-of-house operations run efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Wash dishes, cookware, glassware, serving utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment and manual cleaning methods. Clean and sanitize workstations, food preparation areas, refrigerators, storage rooms, and kitchen equipment. Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen and service area floors. Remove trash, recycling, and waste materials to designated disposal areas. Restock cleaning supplies, kitchen equipment, and sanitation products throughout the lounge. Assist with receiving, transporting, storing, and organizing inventory and supplies. Support kitchen setup, breakdown, and operational readiness throughout meal service. Follow all HACCP, OSHA, TSA, airport security, and Sodexo Live! safety and sanitation procedures. Participate in required safety, sanitation, and operational training. Maintain dependable attendance, professionalism, and a team-first attitude. Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs. What We're Looking For: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred. Previous experience in hospitality, food service, commercial kitchens, janitorial services, or airport operations is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Reliable, punctual, and committed to operational excellence. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced premium hospitality environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often up to 8 hours per shift. Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and fast-paced kitchen environments. Ability to safely operate around commercial kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals. Requirements: Must successfully pass a TSA background check and airport badging process. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is strongly preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain all required airport security credentials.
