Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient care in a Medical Surgical unit. The RN will deliver quality nursing services, ensuring patient safety and comfort across diverse clinical settings.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical observations accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care delivery.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the relevant state or country.
• Proven experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
• CPR/BLS certification.
