Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - Oceanside, CA

Key Requirements:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license in California
• School-based SLPA experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with diverse student populations in TK-8th grade
• Ability to provide both direct and indirect therapy services according to IEPs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality assistance in speech and language therapy to students in collaboration with supervising SLPs
• Provide services across the general education and special education settings from transitional kindergarten through eighth grade
• Implement therapy sessions, track student progress, and maintain accurate documentation
• Support students' communication goals while collaborating with teaching staff and families
• No additional duties required outside contracted hours-focus solely on therapy and related responsibilities
