Role Summary Credence has an immediate need for an experienced Integration and Test Engineer primarily responsible for supporting NGB/A5 at Joint Base Andrews, MD. The National Guard Bureau’s Plans and Requirements Directorate (NGB/A5) aims to improve combat capability of the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve Command by integrating new capabilities to meet Air Force requirements. Responsibilities Support systems integration engineering milestones and associated documentation for each Mission Design Series (MDS) modification program, including SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR, and test readiness reviews. Provide avionics, mechanical, maintenance, and structural integration engineering support for new capabilities and identify integration issues between modifications and existing systems. Review aircraft installation drawings, technical data packages, and product drawings for temporary modifications. Translate Government operational requirements into draft systems requirements documents based on customer requirements and contractor analysis. Assist the Government in assembling required documentation for each acquisition milestone or review, starting with the SRR. Develop integrated logistics support plans, training curriculum, and documentation for MDS modifications and support flight and ground test activities. Support technical order development, including verification, validation, airworthiness, training, and flight manual development. Provide systems engineering support for MDS avionics, mechanical, and structural modifications, including milestone criteria, engineering plans, risk management plans, and data for risk assessments. Coordinate program test support and build test and evaluation master plans, ground test plans, flight test plans, environmental test plans, qualification test plans, and acceptance test plans. Participate in steering working groups, interface control working groups, technical review boards, safety review boards, and test readiness reviews. Assist in planning, designing, conducting, documenting, and reporting on test programs, including force development evaluation, operational utility evaluation, and various other tests. Analyze and compile test data from on‑board and ground‑based sensors, including statistical analysis of quantitative data such as bomb scores and target location errors. Qualifications TS/SCI clearance. Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and at least 20 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, with 12 years in the DoD; or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 25 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, with 15 years in the DoD; or Thirty years of directly related experience with proper certifications, with 20 years in the DoD. Thorough knowledge of the Department of Defense/USAF test process and test facilities. Expertise in identifying, coordinating, and scheduling appropriate military or civilian test facilities and advising on test article configurations. Familiarity with test IT networks, hardware, software, and management of test IT systems. Experience with pre‑ and post‑mission detailed test documentation, data collection, and analysis.
