Deliver focused speech therapy sessions tackling areas such as language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to construct cohesive care plans.

Provide education for patients and families to bolster their progress outside of therapy sessions.

Assist in inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions when necessary to ensure a seamless care journey.

Keep meticulous and timely documentation that aligns with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Stay updated on best practices and innovations in the field through ongoing education and peer cooperation.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not already ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be acquired within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic interventions for all ages, with a solid grasp of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
