Key Responsibilities
- Foster a culture built on our values: Respect, Learning, Do the Right Thing, WOW Service, and Fun
- Assisting doctors during exams, diagnostics, procedures, and surgery
- Collecting detailed patient histories and monitoring vitals
- Performing venipuncture, catheter placement, dental cleanings, and radiographs
- Running in-house lab work and maintaining accurate medical records
- Administering medications and vaccines under veterinary supervision
- Educating clients with confidence and clarity
- Jumping in wherever the team needs you
What Makes You a Great Fit
- At least 2 years of veterinary assistant experience
- Strong restraint skills and solid technical confidence
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-standard medical environment
- Detail-oriented and organized (because medicine matters)
- Professional, calm, and compassionate with clients and teammates
- A team player who believes work can be both productive and positive
