About the Position

• Average Patients seen: 16-20 patients per day.
• Call Schedule: The pediatrician will be on weekend call on a rotating basis every 5 - 6 weeks, and also 1 day a week.
• Compensation: $200,000 - $350,000 annually, with additional earning potential through a productivity and bonus structure.
