Accounts Payable Manager

This candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise. Lastly, where appropriate this candidate will track 1099s and create a report with related information at year end. Hybrid Role- Located near the Battery, 4x+ days in office/week. Responsibilities Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing Process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and elevate in appropriate manner Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses Maintain 1099s and generate report at year end Lead a team of 3-5 Qualifications 1 - 2 years in a management position Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Required Skills Strong organizational skills Ability to accurately track and record cash flow Experience in maintaining a database of financial information Problem‑solving skills Preferred Skills Experience with 1099 tracking and reporting Pay range and compensation package Hybrid Role- Located near the Battery, 4 x+ days in office/week.
