Overview A respected and growing community association law practice in San Diego is seeking an attorney to join its collaborative legal team. This opportunity offers a unique blend of transactional/corporate counsel responsibilities and litigation work representing homeowners associations and Boards of Directors. Responsibilities The role is expected to consist of approximately 70–80% transactional and advisory work and 20–30% litigation responsibilities. Attorneys in this position advise clients regarding governance matters, contracts, compliance issues, CC&Rs, bylaws, and community association operations while also assisting with litigation strategy, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and dispute resolution. Qualifications HOA or community association experience is preferred but not required. Strong litigation experience, sound judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are highly valued.
