Job Opportunity: Hematology/Oncology Locum Tenens

Our organization is currently looking for a Hematology/Oncology locum tenens provider to offer coverage at a facility located in Washington State.

• Type of Coverage: Scheduled clinical hours along with on-call duties
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• End Date: March 31, 2027
• EMR System: Epic
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Must possess a Washington state license or IMLC
• Support Staff: Available
• Patient Load: Approximately 20 patients per shift
• Department Capacity: 19 beds
• Call Ratio: 1:5
• Coverage Type: Inpatient
• Schedule: Combination of clinic hours and on-call duties
• Call Type: Weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call

• Days: Monday to Friday with on-call responsibilities
• Shift Times: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with patient consultations on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; Thursday is reserved for administrative tasks
• Minimum Shift Requirement: Full-time, 4 weeks per month
• Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours per day
• Overtime: Applicable after 9 hours in a day

• License Requirement: Active Washington state license or IMLC
• DEA Registration: Required
• Board Certifications: BC in Hematology, Oncology, or Hematology/Oncology
• Skills/Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
