What You'll Be Doing
- Perform tack welds and basic welds according to blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, appearance, and structural integrity
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and part numbers
- Assist with setting up, adjusting, and maintaining welding equipment
- Select and use the appropriate fixtures, tools, and welding consumables
- Follow all welding safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Apply basic welding concepts including square, flat, and plumb
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervision

What We're Looking For
- Basic welding experience or completion of a technical welding program preferred
- Familiarity with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding processes
- Ability to read blueprints and understand welding symbols
- Strong desire to learn, improve, and grow within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and reaching throughout the workday
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
