Analytics Engineer

Gamescape is hiring an Analytics Engineer in San Francisco, CA (onsite) to turn raw data into dependable datasets and insights teams can act on. If you enjoy building analytics foundations, improving data workflows, and partnering across functions, this role brings a direct line between data quality and business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain analytics-ready data models for consistent reporting and analysis
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines
- Validate data quality , accuracy, and consistency across datasets
- Create reliable datasets used for reporting and decision-making
- Collaborate with analysts , engineers , and business stakeholders to support analytics needs
- Document data processes and continuously improve analytics workflows
Requirements
- Experience in analytics engineering , data engineering , or a related field
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling
- Familiarity with Python and data transformation tools
- Knowledge of data warehouses and reporting platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
