Overview We are driving the future of vertical lift with the CH‑53K King Stallion, the most powerful heavy‑lift helicopter ever built. This revolutionary aircraft plays a critical role in defense, requiring seamless integration of advanced avionics systems. Our Subcontract Management team ensures the program’s success by collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, and government customers to deliver cutting‑edge systems on time and within budget. Responsibilities Manage key subcontractor relationships and lead cross‑functional teams. Administer contracts, resolve supplier performance issues, and ensure that critical components meet production timelines. Lead the procurement process, from preparing bid packages to negotiating pricing and delivery terms. Drive cost‑saving initiatives and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies. Travel up to 20% to key supplier locations; attend the office at least two days a week. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience. Experience in supply chain, subcontract program management, procurement, or subcontracts. Experience leading cross‑functional teams. Ability to travel up to 20%. Familiarity with the lifecycle of a production program. Familiarity with LMAPs, SC Navigator, P2P, and/or SAP. Experience managing multiple complex subcontracts. Working knowledge of standard contract types. Experience with procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within the defense industry. Project and risk management experience. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Experience with Microsoft Office. 3 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; or 5 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Experience with proposals.
