Corporate Finance Associate Attorney – Boston Mid-Level (3–6 Years PQE) Compensation: $180,000–$245,000 A well-established and highly regarded New England law firm is seeking a mid‑level Corporate Finance Associate to join its dynamic and sophisticated business law practice in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking to take on meaningful responsibility within a collaborative, team‑oriented environment while working on complex and varied finance transactions. The Practice The group advises financial institutions, lenders, borrowers, and developers on a broad range of transactions, including: Asset‑based and corporate financings Commercial real estate and affordable housing transactions Renewable energy financings Loan and credit agreements Interest rate swaps and participation agreements Intercreditor and subordination arrangements The team offers hands‑on deal exposure and the opportunity to grow into a client‑facing role within a leaner structure that values ownership and accountability.
