Working closely with Product Managers and Product Leadership, you will translate strategic priorities into executable plans, coordinate delivery across stakeholders, and ensure roadmap commitments remain on track. By driving operational excellence across roadmap planning, dependency management, vendor onboarding, governance, and cross-functional execution, you will enable Product teams to focus on strategy, market opportunities, customer engagement, and product development. In addition, you will help build the operating foundation that moves innovative digital-asset capabilities beyond experimentation and into secure, resilient, production-ready financial-market infrastructure.Your Primary Responsibilities:Partner with Product Managers to support product planning, roadmap development, and execution of strategic initiativesCoordinate cross-functional activities across Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, Operations, Procurement, and external vendorsManage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items to support successful roadmap deliveryMaintain visibility into product roadmap progress through reporting, dashboards, and executive communicationsDrive vendor onboarding and third-party review activities, including status tracking and issue resolutionFacilitate governance processes and ensure timely completion of required approvals, documentation, and reviewsOversee Jira hygiene, backlog reporting, milestone tracking, and operational metricsSupport product launches, operational readiness activities, and key business initiativesIdentify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery efficiency, transparency, and organizational scalability**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience6+ years of experience in program management, consulting, product operations, PMO, business operations, transformation, or a related fieldExperience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and translating strategic priorities into executable plansStrong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to create clarity across multiple stakeholders and prioritiesExperience improving team execution through practical processes, tools, governance, or operating modelsExperience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office products.
