Medical Scribe
A busy primary care and pediatric practice is seeking a full-time Medical Scribe to provide direct support to the physician while ensuring smooth daily operations. This role includes real-time scribing, managing communications, and handling various administrative and personal assistant tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing real-time medical scribing during patient visits
- Managing and responding to patient messages
- Assisting with administrative and personal assistant tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting efficient workflow in a fast-paced office
Ideal Qualifications:
- Very strong typing and writing skills
- Hard-working, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Professional demeanor and communication skills
Salary: $50k - $60k/Year
