Compensation:

$125,500 - $187,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads daily to build a robust client pipeline.
• Attend weekly coaching sessions to enhance your real estate skills and knowledge.
• Set appointments with potential buyers and sellers as your network expands.
• Nurture and maintain client relationships through consistent communication.
• Manage your CRM effectively to track progress and achieve personal and team goals.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and collaborate on strategies.
• Stay informed about local market trends to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
