Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location / Work Environment: In‑facility Reporting Structure: Reports to Director of Rehab Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or a Master’s in a related field with a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy. At least 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience if holding a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
