Ambassador Animal Hospital is seeking a kind, compassionate Medical Director to join our small animal practice in Illinois! Since 1976, we have provided comprehensive canine and feline care to the Bloomington‑Normal community. We are searching for a motivated, compassionate, and client‑oriented veterinarian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of small animal care, including soft‑tissue surgery and dentistry. What We Can Offer A flexible schedule – we are currently open during the week from 7:30 am – 5:30 pm (shortened hours on Thursdays, 7:30‑4:30) & closed on the weekends. We would love to create a schedule that works well for both you and us! A professional and collegial environment – we enjoy working together and our team is made up of friendly, enthusiastic, and well‑trained support staff. The tools needed to practice quality medicine – this includes a full in‑house lab with outside reference capabilities, digital radiography, and surgical laser. Requirements Must be a licensed DVM (or have the ability to become licensed) in the state of Illinois.
