Independent Beauty Professional (Commission-Based, Remote | Part-Time)
Motives Beautiful Pittsburgh is seeking motivated Salon Owners, Stylists, Estheticians, and Beauty Professionals who want to expand their businesses and create new income opportunities through professional beauty and wellness products.
This part-time, remote role offers flexibility and training designed to help licensed or experienced beauty professionals grow their client base and enhance their service offerings.
As an Independent Beauty Professional , you’ll receive mentorship, education, and marketing resources to support your business growth with Motives Custom Blend Cosmetics .
Empowering Beauty Professionals to Earn More, Work Smarter, and Build Confidence Through Creativity.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply the Motives Custom Blend foundation and skincare system.
- Educate clients on professional beauty and wellness solutions.
- Promote products through a personal online storefront.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through professional communication.
- Participate in online training and mentorship sessions.
- Collaborate with other professionals to share business strategies and ideas.
