Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional health-related certifications are a plus

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of community health issues and local resources

- Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive approach

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required

- Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory
