Knowledge of automotive and RVs is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person. What we can't train is personality: we need someone who loves talking with customers, is a natural at sales, pays close attention to the details, and learns fast with a great attitude. As a Service Advisor, you'll be one of the faces and voices of our shop — greeting customers, listening to their concerns, communicating recommended repairs clearly and honestly, and making sure every customer leaves feeling taken care of. You'll work alongside technicians who service light-, medium-, and heavy-duty diesel, RV chassis, and some automotive. And when we say work-life balance, we mean it: your hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from drama. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix vehicles right the first time.
