AR & PM Liason - (before Quote Project Analyst)

Job summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an AR & PM Liason located in Milpitas, California US . The AR & PM Liason would oversee continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion. What a typical day looks like: Track and follow up on AR/AP for all customers, working together with the Program manager and finance Help following up on payments to customer Work with finance team and PM to clear credits/rebills for customers Help resolving account block Work with PM/finance/PM on exposure reports Communicate directly with customers on collecting ARs, tracking past due ARs and resolving disputes Collaborates closely with finance, order management, program management and materials teams The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Bachelor’s Degree Finance or equivalent experience in Manufacturing Industry Expert in Microsoft office Expert in Excel & PowerPoint Expert Communication Skills (Written and Verbal) Experience in AR/AP collection, resolution Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
