As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the nursing staff and ensuring the well-being of residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans
• Helping with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents
• Coordinating dining room services, including meal tray delivery and feeding assistance
• Delivering nutritional supplements and documenting intake
• Assisting with weighing residents and reporting weight changes
• Tracking and reporting the condition of residents' skin
• Supporting nursing staff with toileting program activities
• Completing daily flow sheets and documenting resident progress
• Reporting changes in residents' conditions to nurses and supervisors

Requirements for this role include:

• 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Travel experience
• BLS certification (Must be AHA)
• Successful work history showing stability in previous roles
• No disciplinary action in effect against certification
