Job Summary Full‑time opening for a General Cardiologist in San Diego, CA. With 16 locations, SRSMG offers primary and specialty care, laboratory, physical therapy, radiology, pharmacy, and urgent care services. Responsibilities and Work Environment Join a well‑established division of 12 cardiologists and 5 APPs. 4‑day work week. Inpatient work at Sharp Memorial Hospital (SMH). Perform invasive procedures: left and right heart catheterization, pericardiocentesis, temporary pacemaker placement, and TEE. Opportunity to pick up clinical shifts for additional compensation. Full support staff with dedicated nurse, exam rooms, and office space. Paid malpractice coverage. Use of EPIC EMR system‑wide. Qualifications Board certification in cardiology required within 2 years of employment. SMH credentialing requires diagnostic and coronary angiography privileges as part of Cardiology core privileges. Compensation and Benefits Compensation range: $438K‑$650K+ (subject to departmental/division plans). Paid vacation, CME and sick time with annual CME allowance. Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible. Money purchase, profit sharing, and cash balance plans; plus 401(k). Sign‑on bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
