Qualifications

• CNA license preferred, but not required
• High school diploma is required.

Med Tech Training Qualifications

At Paramount Senior Living, we help you move up. After your first 90 days, you may be considered for a Medication Technician (Med Tech) role. During those 90 days, you'll get hands-on training and support to learn:

• Nursing assistant skills
• Safe medication support

If you meet the requirements (like passing skills checks and following policies), you can move into the Med Tech position. This is a great way to start a job and build a career!
