CLIENT SERVICES:

Personal Care Assistance Companion Care Medication Reminders Meal Planning & Preparation Transportation Services Light Housekeeping Laundry & Linen Changes Respite Care Dementia Care Alzheimer’s Care Hospice Support Post Surgery Care Fall Prevention 24/7 Live-in Care

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide high‑quality care to clients in their homes, to include: Assistance with ADLs, to include activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Meal planning & preparation Light housekeeping Transportation Medication reminders Monitor client’s health status Offer companionship and emotional support to clients Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field. Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic, patient, and reliable. Must clear a Level 2 Background Screening Level 2 background screening required: ttp://info.flclearinghouse.com
