Description Hiring Immediately, Parts Representative. Excellent compensation and benefits. Fitzgerald Auto Mall is looking to hire an experienced Parts Counter Representative. Clean, organized and structured work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous dealership parts counter experience is required. Valid driver's license; occasional parts driving may be required. Superior communication skills, proven teamwork, excellent customer service. Documented track record of high performance and strong customer satisfaction scores. Ability to be trained on OEM process and procedure. Previous experience with Reynolds ERA Ignite. Hyundai or Subaru experience a plus but not required. Must be able to work Saturdays.BENEFITS

Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line. Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information. Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary. Notify the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received. Follow up on back-ordered parts. Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts. Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up. Verify will-call and back order files weekly and return to vendors, or stock those items not picked up or required. Pull and fill orders from stock. Equal Opportunity Employer.
