and eager to learn. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals,

build practical skills, and gain a better understanding of how people,

equipment, technology, and processes come together in a modern manufacturing

environment. If you enjoy solving problems, learning how things work, and

looking for better ways to get the job done, this could be the summer

opportunity for you!

This

is an on-site internship with an anticipated start date in

May. Ideally, you’ll be available for a 4- to 8-month

term.

compensation for interns, including:

• Salariesstarting from $3,700 per month (based on your year inschool and previous experience).

• Temporaryliving allowance for interns moving to the area forthe role.

What You’ll Do

• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and learn how a modern sawmill operates.

• Explore production processes and discover how teams work together to safely produce quality wood products.

• Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and production performance.

• Analyze data and observations to identify opportunities for improvement across mill operations.

• Work alongside experienced operations professionals while building leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

What You Offer

• You are working toward a degree or diploma in Wood Products Processing, Business, Operations Management, Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical), Supply Chain, or another industry-related program.

• You are committed to maintaining a safe work environment without compromise.

• You are curious, hands-on, and interested in learning how a manufacturing operation works.

• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with employees across different teams and departments.

• You are comfortable reviewing information, asking questions, and helping solve problems.

• You are comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
