Community Engagement Associate

This role offers a Community Engagement Associate position at FF Inc in Baton Rouge, LA. It is an entry‑level, full‑time opportunity with a base pay range of $50,000 to $65,000 per year. What You’ll Do Act as the front‑line representative at community events, pop‑ups, and local activations. Engage directly with community members, answer questions, and provide resources and information. Build relationships with individuals and organizations to increase visibility and participation. Support planning and execution of outreach events, workshops, and community initiatives. Collect feedback and insights from the community to share with internal teams. Work cross‑functionally with marketing, events, and customer success to align outreach efforts. Represent the brand voice in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
