Quality Assurance Specialist

Pay Rate: $16.00- $17.00/hr Hours: 2:00pm to 10:30pm (2nd shift). OT as needed Location: Plano TX Temp to hire

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality standards within a print/mail environment. Key duties include sampling the quality of work for all clients, entering data from prepared materials into our database, and collaborating with the QC team to achieve productivity targets. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to have basic math and problem-solving skills while performing essential job functions such as tracking, documenting and reporting key data.

Qualifications:

A successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a goal-oriented business environment. Strong attention to detail in fast paced environment. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy. Must be adaptable with good time management skills. Maintains high standards as a collaborative, supportive team member. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to read / write / speak English fluently. Ability to use applications such as Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook.
