Respiratory Therapist - CRT or RRT (Nights, Three 12-Hour Shifts) MLR Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our team at a community hospital. - Full-Time Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- Shift Differentials: $2.00 for weekends, $2.50 for evenings, and $5.00 for nights
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program
- NBRC certified Respiratory Technician or NBRC Registered Therapist, licensed by the Ohio Respiratory Care Board
- Current Ohio Respiratory Therapist Licensure
- Neonatal Resuscitation certification
- BLS certification
- Ideally, three or more years of experience
- Low annual deductibles: $250 for single coverage, $500 for family coverage, with 100% coverage after meeting deductibles
- Excellent retirement and pension benefits, including a 3% contribution after one year of service and 1,000 hours worked, plus an additional 3% match and 1.5% of your contributions, totaling 7.5%
