Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Active state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Previous experience in a K-12 or educational setting preferred, but not required
• Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
• Positive, flexible attitude with excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and screenings for students across K-12 grades
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate results to all stakeholders
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents to facilitate student success
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and state/federal compliance requirements
