Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

A law firm seeks an associate attorney specializing in personal injury to join their team in Anaheim, CA. The role involves handling a variety of personal injury cases, from inception to trial, with a focus on achieving maximum client recovery. Responsibilities Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and execution. Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration, advocating effectively at each stage. Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements. Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, including engaging in regular settlement negotiations on behalf of clients. Manage caseload independently while collaborating with company attorneys and support staff. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active State Bar membership in applicable job location. Minimum 3-5 years of personal injury or similar law experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities.
