Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (CCC preferred)
• Recent school-based SLP experience highly valued
• Open to new graduates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Teletherapy experience or willingness to provide services virtually
• Bilingual proficiency preferred, with a passion for supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in accordance with IEP goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress records
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to educational planning, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and colleagues
• Develop and implement individualized therapy interventions that address student needs and promote academic success
• Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding speech and language development
