Hybrid Child Mental Health Case Manager and Crisis Support

Child & Family Focus, Inc. is seeking a Supportive Care Specialist in Willow Grove, PA. In this role, you will provide supportive care to children with mental health diagnoses and their families, assist in treatment planning, and connect them with necessary community resources. Ideal candidates should have clinical experience with youth, possess flexibility in scheduling, and ideally be bilingual in Spanish.
