What You'll Do

As a Cleanroom Mechanical Assembler, you will play a key role in building and testing sophisticated mechanical and electrical assemblies in a Class 10 cleanroom environment . You'll work from engineering drawings and production documentation to assemble high-quality products that meet strict industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble complex mechanical and electrical systems according to engineering drawings and specifications

• Build sub-assemblies and large-scale equipment using hand tools and testing equipment

• Perform electrical crimping and make accurate electrical connections

• Conduct assembly testing and verification to ensure product quality and performance

• Support hydro-testing activities and accurately record test data as required

• Follow ISO9001 quality standards and documented manufacturing procedures

• Maintain cleanroom protocols, including contamination control and gowning requirements

• Use email and basic computer applications to document work and communicate with team members

• Participate in lean manufacturing, 5S initiatives, and continuous improvement projects

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to achieve manufacturing goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of manufacturing or production assembly experience

• 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience

• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment

• Electrical crimping and wiring experience

• Understanding of quality standards and controlled manufacturing environments

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills, including email and document management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cleanroom manufacturing experience

• Experience working within an ISO9001-certified environment

• Familiarity with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma principles

• Hydro-testing experience

• Semiconductor, gas distribution, or process equipment manufacturing experience

• Experience assembling large-scale or highly complex equipment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
